DFPS: Foster parents at fault in drowning

GEORGETOWN — The Department of Family and Protective Services completed its investigation Monday into the July drowning of two foster children.

The foster parents to the two young children who drowned at Lake Georgetown failed to provide proper supervision and safety measures, according to a new report released Monday.
