Donald takes a little while to warm up, but once he does his personality shines.
“He’s got a great sense of humor. He’s real witty. He’s always doing something silly,” Kim Rhodes his Child Protective Services caseworker, said.
“He also loves music. He’ll dance and sing in the car. He’s just a really neat kid,” she said.
But after spending nine years in foster care, some days it’s tough for this 12-year-old to smile, “’cause I never really had a family that loves me and that makes me sad,” Donald said with a solemn face.
